受訪校友多數表示，臺灣沒有職業賽事，打球沒有收入，畢業之後只能把橄欖球當成興趣。
其餘 26.3% 以橄欖球為正業。

受訪者普遍認為政府與協會缺乏完善規劃，基層培養不易，資源不足。
大學畢業後沒有職業隊可以打，制度、福利與就業機會都差，選手的教育與就業輔導不完善。
