司法院於 108 年 7 月起，開始舉辦國民法官校園模擬法庭活動，截至 110 年 12 月，總共辦理了375場。
推動這個活動的目的，是為了在校園中推廣「國民參與審判」的基本理念以及「刑事審判原則」，同時也深耕校園的「法治教育」。
